Click Export in the memory list header on your dashboard. You can copy everything to the clipboard with AI instructions attached, or download the bucket as CSV, JSON, or plain text. Your data is yours; take a copy whenever you like.

Steps

Select a bucket

Export covers the currently selected bucket. To export only specific memories, use Select Multiple first and check the ones you want; the button becomes Export Selected ().

Open the export dialog

Click Export in the memory list header.

Copy or download

Copy to Clipboard copies your memories with AI instructions, ready to paste into a chat with any AI tool. Or download a file: CSV for spreadsheets and backups, JSON for re-importing later, Text for anything that takes plain text.
A CSV export carries text, createdAt, bucketName, and categoryName, so timestamps, buckets, and Smart Memory categories survive the round trip.

Exporting a conversation

Chat history exports too: in the dashboard’s Chats list, open a conversation’s ⋮ menu and choose Export as Markdown or Export as JSON to download that chat as a file.
