In your dashboard, open SettingsIntegrations and copy your token from there. You need the token for the local MCP server, the TypingMind plugin, custom GPTs, and direct API access. The remote MCP server and the browser extension sign in with your account instead, so they don’t need it.
Treat the token like a password. It grants full access to your memories and chat history. If it leaks, regenerate it from the same SettingsIntegrations tab; the old token stops working immediately.
